In order to be able to spread love around you, you need to feel the love first. Sort your feelings out and understand where compassion needs to set in. Staying away from negative thoughts and never react in a negative way. Easier said than done. It happened to me today, where my anger took control and I created a situation that was not for my highest good. It is a constant daily reminder to stay in love asking the question: Will this action serve my highest good? Breathing helps and here is a nice video that will help you generate love and light all over your body.

Trusting that the work you have done on yourself to grow as a human being, is confirmed and making sure to do whatever you can to not repeat the same misstakes over and over again.

It is a tough process but eventually it will lead you to the life you truly want to live.
