This site offers guided medical yoga programs in video format based
on different categories such as stress, sleep, anxiety, etc. Within each category you can choose yoga programs in lengths of 3 min up to 75 min consisting of breathing training, relaxation, meditation and soft yoga movements that can be performed anywhere and any time on a yoga mat or sitting on a chair. Each category also contains various individual meditations that can be linked to each area.
